Can I return my items?
We want you to be happy with your purchase from Earthware. If you are not, you can exchange or return the item within 14 days. The items must be returned in the original packaging. Costs incurred for returning items are for your own account.

How do I return my items?
You can tick the items you want to return on the enclosed return form. You put this form together with the articles in the box and you hand over the package at a PostNL point.

How quickly will I be refunded after returning?
Most returns are processed within 5 days of being returned. Below you can see for each payment option how an item is settled and the duration you should take into account. The time period starts from the moment you have issued the order as a return shipment.

● iDeal: 2 weeks.

● Paypal: 2 weeks.

● Credit card: with your next bill.
