What is the delivery time of my order?
Ordered before 17:00 on working days, the order will be shipped the same day. We and the deliverers will do everything we can to meet the promised delivery time.


How can I track my order?
When your order is shipped from our logistics warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation from us by e-mail with PostNL Track & Trace code. You can fill this in on the PostNL website.
If you have not received the confirmation email, it may be that it is blocked by your spam filter. Always check this to be sure! If it still doesn't work, please contact us. We are happy to help you!


Is an item missing from your order?
Very annoying if this happens by accident. In the event that your order is not complete, it is best to contact us directly.


What happens to your order if you are not at home?
PostNL offers the order to your delivery address. If you are not present during the first delivery attempt, you will receive a notification from PostNL. This is done by means of a note in the letterbox or via the Track & Trace link.
 
 PostNL offers you the following options:
 - They come back the next day.
- The order is with the neighbors.
- Or the order is at a PostNL collection point.
 
 
What are the shipping costs of my order?
 
The Netherlands: €4.95
Free when spending over €50
 
Belgium and Germany: €6.95
Free when spending over €50
 
  For shipping to other countries, the actual shipping costs will be charged, regardless of the total amount.
These costs will be calculated afterwards, we will contact you for this.
